Schedule actions every 10 minutes and see recent runs
Actions can now run on tighter intervals, show their latest runs right on the card, and keep going when a single run fails.
If you wanted an action to triage your inbox as mail lands, hourly was as tight as it went. And when a run failed, the action quietly stopped and you found out weeks later. Both of those changed.
Sub-hourly run intervals
The "Run at" menu now offers every 10, 15 and 30 minutes, plus every 2, 3, 4, 6 and 12 hours, alongside the hourly and daily options you already had. The schedule reads back in plain language wherever the action appears, such as "Every 15 minutes" or "Every 2 hours".
Recent runs on the action card
In grid view, each action card lists its latest runs. Click one to open its result, or use "View all run history" to open the action's detail panel. Cards with nothing yet say "No runs yet".
Schedules that survive a failed run
A failed run used to end the schedule outright, because finishing a run was what queued the next one. Your action now fires on time regardless of how the last run went, and actions stranded by the old behavior start running again on their own. After repeated failures an action pauses with a visible reason on the card and detail page, so you see why instead of guessing. Resuming or transferring it clears that state.
Credit lapses without a pause
Running out of credits used to fail runs, trip the pause, and leave a pile of empty chats in your run history. A lapsed run now stops before creating anything, leaves no stray chat, and picks up its normal schedule once you top up.
Weekday sets you can edit later
A Monday through Friday schedule could only be set when you first created the action; reopening it collapsed to a single day or every day. The edit view now offers the same frequency choices as the create flow, with a weekday grid that keeps every day you picked, and it tells you when no day is selected.
Actions Chief can set up for you
Ask Chief to create a scheduled action, rewrite its prompt, test it, pause it, or label a batch of assets, and you get a confirmation card showing exactly what it intends to do before anything happens. Once an action is created or updated, the card carries "View" and "Edit" links that open it straight from the conversation. You can pre-approve action, label and asset changes in your settings if you would rather skip the confirmation each time.
