Credits measure the AI work Chief does for you. Capturing a meeting, asking a question, and drafting a follow-up each use credits, and Deep Intelligence and larger models use more. Every account starts with 10,000 free credits and gets 300 more each day.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Top up from the app and keep going. Credits you buy last 12 months on every plan, and Pro and Power User add a bonus to every top-up.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, switch between monthly and yearly billing, or cancel at any time from your organization's billing settings.
Is my meeting data secure?
Chief is SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR compliant. Your recordings and notes belong to your organization, and you can review our security controls at trust.chief.bot.
