Live Session app v1.1.11: Put your name on your transcript lines
Live transcripts now name the person speaking instead of showing "You" on every device, and you can set the name you appear under from the transcript or from Settings. This build also clears a stray scrollbar that showed up under text fields.
Watching a live session, you had no way to tell who was talking. The host's speech read as "You" on every device, and when the host role moved to someone else, the label followed the wrong person.
Speaker names in transcripts
Each transcript line now names the person who spoke it, on every device watching the session. Handing the host role to someone else no longer relabels earlier speech, because a line keeps the speaker who said it.
You can set the name you appear under from the live transcript or from Settings, under Your name. Save it once and it reaches the lines you already spoke in the current session, then follows you into later ones. Names can run up to 128 characters.
Renaming other people is not part of this build.
Fixes
Text fields in the app drew a horizontal scrollbar underneath them at some window zoom levels, close enough to a slider that it looked like a control you were meant to drag. Text in these fields wraps and never scrolls sideways, so the bar is gone from the composer, the agent instructions field, the Live Summary chat box, the brief editor, and the rest.
Set your name once and everyone in your next session will see who said what.
