Live Session app v1.1.13: Spot unnamed sessions by date and time
Chief on macOS now looks like a Mac app, and unnamed sessions carry the date and time they happened instead of all reading "Untitled session". Windows on ARM64 hardware can install Chief again.
Scrolling the sidebar after a week of recurring calls, you had a column of rows all reading "Untitled session", with a relative stamp that said "3h ago" for last week's standup and this week's alike. This build fixes that, gives Chief a Mac appearance, and gets the Windows installer past ARM64 machines.
Sessions named by date and time
A session you never named now shows when the call happened: "Fri, Aug 14 at 1:49 PM" for anything in the current year, and the year in place of the weekday for older ones. You can tell one instance of a recurring call from another at a glance.
The date is a display fallback, so nothing is written to the session. Rename it yourself and your name sticks, and a generated title still lands when it arrives.
macOS appearance
Chief now looks like a Mac app rather than the web product in a frameless window. You get the system font across the chrome, AppKit corner radii and control sizes, and push buttons that match the ones in the rest of macOS.
The sidebar, the title band and the status bar are translucent, picking up what sits behind the window, while the content area stays solid and readable. Turn on Reduce Transparency or Increase Contrast in System Settings and Chief drops to solid fills that stay legible over a light or dark desktop.
Fixes
The Windows installer refused to run on ARM64 machines, showing an unsupported-architecture message and quitting. Chief now installs and runs on ARM64 Windows through the built-in x64 emulation, on Windows 10 and later.
