Live Session app v1.1.3: Put the meeting prompt where you'll see it
The start-session prompt now appears at the top center of your screen by default, and you can move it to any of nine spots from Settings. Chat answers in the desktop app also render the fuller set of charts, citations and images you get on the web.
You join a Zoom call, and the card asking whether you want a live session appears in the top-right corner, off to the side of wherever you're looking. That corner is easy to miss, so this build moves the card and lets you decide where it lands.
Prompt position
The start-session prompt now appears at the top center of the screen you're working on. The card sits clear of the active speaker's video, so you can read it without losing the call.
Open Settings and you'll find a small 3x3 map of the screen under Prompt position. Click a cell to move the prompt there, from top left through to bottom right. Your choice sticks between launches, and the "call ended, session paused" card follows it too.
The card still respects your menu bar and Dock at every position.
Richer chat answers
Chat in the desktop app now renders close to the full set of answer blocks you see on the web: charts, images, source citations, and follow-up suggestions you can click to keep going. Clicking a citation or an asset opens it, and you can save generated files straight to your Mac.
Fixes
If a preferences file was written before prompt placement was configurable, or carried a position Chief doesn't recognize, the prompt now falls back to top center instead of ending up somewhere unpredictable.
Update, then open Settings and put the prompt wherever you actually look during a call.
