Pick your go-to mentions from a redesigned @mention menu
Typing @ now opens a compact panel that ranks the closest match first and keeps the things you mention most at the top.
You type @ to pull an Expert Voice, a spreadsheet, or a past chat into a prompt, and until now you scrolled past curated sections to find it. The picker in the web app got a redesign, and it remembers what you reach for.
Frequently used at the top
Items you mention repeatedly show up in a "Frequently used" section when you open the picker without typing anything. Your usual Expert Voice or spreadsheet is @ then Enter away.
Closest match first
As you type, matching items rise to the top of their section, and sections themselves reorder so the best match leads. A Slack channel or Notion page no longer sits below the fold when your query points straight at it.
Compact rows and file icons
Rows are lighter and tighter, so more results fit without scrolling. Assets carry an icon for their file type, so you can tell a PDF from a spreadsheet, a deck, an image, or an audio file at a glance.
Named sections and expand rows
Results group under headings like Chats, Assets, Spreadsheets, Labels, Collections, Concepts, Agents, Skills, and Expert Voices. Each section shows its first few matches with a row telling you how many more are hidden, which you can open in place. Connected integrations that are still loading show their heading rather than appearing out of nowhere.
Open a prompt bar, type @, and the first thing you see should be the thing you meant.
